Training and support are provided. Volunteers are needed for a few hours per week during March and April and must be comfortable using a computer, complete a criminal record check, be in good standing with the CRA, and have access to a secure computer and internet. Candidate registration periods are May 1 to September 22, 2026 for head of council, and June 30 to September 22, 2026 for councillor.
